Elizabeth ‘Lizzie’ Crews passed away on Friday, December 29 surrounded by her family and close friends. She is survived by one daughter Patty F. Crews of Princeton, WV, three sons Terry (Mildred) Crews of Elgood, WV, Tommy (Cathy) Crews of Jonesboro, TN, Dale (Sandra) Crews of Jonesboro, TN and one special grandson whom she raised Timothy Waddell of Maryville, TN and a host of grandchildren, family and friends. She is preceded in death by one daughter Jo Ann Farmer of Princeton, WV and one son Michael G. Crews of Elgood, WV. Born September 15, 1942, Lizzie was the youngest daughter to Eli B. Farmer and Luna Mae Lucas Farmer of Black Oak, WV. She is survived by one sister Vinie Edwards-Brunk of Elgood, WV. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday January 2, 2018 at the G.E. Davis Chapel of Fredeking Funeral Service in Oakvale. The family will receive guests on Tuesday from noon until the service hour. Interment to follow at Elgood Cemetery. The family would like to share their many thanks to the Bower’s Hospice House of Beckley, WV for their exceptional care during a trying time.
