Susan Miller Santon, 73, of Princeton passed away November 16, 2017 at Princeton Community Hospital. Born on July 29, 1944 in Princeton, she was the only daughter of the late V.W. "Bill" Miller and Ruth McClaugherty Miller. Susan was a lifelong resident of Princeton and attended Greenview United Methodist Church in Green Valley. She was a graduate of Princeton Senior High School Class of 1962 and attended Marshall University. Susan was very instrumental in the Junior Miss Pageants, both on the State and National level. She was a member of the Matthew French Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, and the Princeton Public Library Book Club. She retired from the framing department of Associated Photography, Princeton in 2009. Susan is survived by her best friend and long-time companion, Irvin "Jigger" Smith, Maple Acres Road, extended family, Dr. Todd Smith and family, Jason Smith and family, and faithful friend, Steward. Cousins, Jo Anna Fredeking, Sarah Young, Herbert McClaugherty and Ellen Johnson and families and a special niece, Ann Fredeking Graham. Funeral Services will be conducted Sunday, November 19, 2017 at 3:00 PM from the Greenview United Methodist Church with Pastor’s Brent Brown and Rick Chester officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Princeton. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Friends may call at the Church on Sunday from 2:00 PM until the service hour.
