Howard Franklin Rowe

Howard Franklin Rowe, 43, of Oakvale, passed away Thursday April 11, 2024, at his home. He was born July 14, 1980, to Ralph Rowe and the late Teressa Clemons. Along with his Mother he was proceeded in death by both his maternal and paternal grandparents. Along with his father he is survived by his fiancé Mellisa Cochran of nearly 7 years. His four children, Hali((24) Matthew), Skyler(20), Levi(18) and Gaven(16). He had 3 grandchildren that he adored and loved dearly Aiden James(8), Aubree Mae(4), & Waylon Knox (4 months). One sister Virginia Dawn. And many more family, & family friends as well. “Frankie” loved being surrounded by his kids and grandkids any time he got. In his spare time he enjoyed making sure his lawn looked perfect, working outside, and messing around in the garage. Funeral services will be conducted at 6 PM on Tuesday April 23, 2024 in the chapel of Fredeking Funeral Service with Joey Rowe officiating. Friends may visit with the  family from 5 PM until the service hour
