Angeline Sally Shrewsbury

Angeline “Angie” Sally Shrewsbury, 63, of Oakvale died Friday, April 27, 2018 at her Residence. Born March 29, 1955 in Springton, WV to the late Israel Basil Shrewsbury and Captilow Pearl Hammonds Shrewsbury. Angie was a homemaker and member of the Oakvale United Methodist Church in Oakvale. She was raised from childhood by the late Mrs. O.B. Booth. In addition to her parents and Mrs. Booth she was preceded in death by two sisters, Linda Farmer and Jackaline Shrewsbury; and four brothers, Billy, Roger, Carlyle and Randall Shrewsbury. Survivors include, one brother Daniel Shrewsbury of Lashmeet; one brother-in-law, Gary Farmer of Spanishburg. Funeral services for Angie will be conducted at 5:00 PM Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at the G.E. Davis Chapel of Fredeking Funeral Service in Oakvale with Pastor Morris Clyburn officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4:00 PM until the service hour on Wednesday. Graveside services will be conducted Thursday, May 3, 2018 at the Oakvale Cemetery. Those attending the graveside are asked to meet at the cemetery by 10:00 AM Thursday.
