Carl “Randy” Randall Whitt, 73 of Princeton passed away suddenly on Wednesday September 10, 2025 at WVU Princeton Community Hospital. Randy was born on July 24, 1952, in Raleigh County to the late Carl Whitt and Edith Harry Whitt. Randy loved hunting, fishing going to deer camp. He loved his family and friends and was truly one of a kind.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings Glenda Clemons, Frances Jennelle, Buck Whitt, Wayne Whitt, and Sandy Whittaker. In-Laws Nancy Shields, Elden Shields, Connie Shields, Jay Compton. Randy is survived by his fiancée Laura Haughn-Whitt, Son Justin Randall Whitt, Stepdaughter Wendy Haughn and husband Brian, Grandchildren Jasmine Love, Maddison Whitt, and Haley Worley, Great Grandchildren Kandem and Caycen. Funeral services to celebrate the life of Carl Randy Whitt will be held Sunday September 14, 2025, at 1 PM at Fredeking Funeral Service with Pastor Mossy Clyburn officiating. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday from noon until the service hour at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Oakvale Cemetery.
