Christopher Michael Bowles

Christopher Michael Bowles went to his eternal home on November 5, 2025 at WVU Princeton Community Hospital. He had recently been diagnosed with heart issues and had undergone triple bypass open heart surgery in October. He was born February 18, 1975 to Donald and Laura Bowles . He attended Oakvale School. He served in the United States Navy and was stationed in Japan. He worked with his father in the family business. He moved to Wilmington NC and later to Florida. He was preceded in death by his father Donald Bowles and his brother Donald Lee Bowles , grandparents, William and Jeanette Blankenship, and William Bowles and Lara Shaffer.He leaves behind his mother, Laura Bowles of Princeton, the mother of his daughter and his companion Jocelyn Cunningham and his daughter Taylor Noel Bowles of Florida, his brother Kenneth Bowles of Princeton. Aunts, Beth Nowlin, Mildred Booth, Sandi Steele and his uncle Steven Blankenship, nephews, Jordon, Patrick and Matthew. Numerous cousins in Wv., Va., and NC. Chris will be cremated and there will be graveside service for the family at a later date at New Zion Cemetery.   The family wishes to extend thanks to Fredeking Funeral Home for their kindness during this difficult time.
