Darlene Karen Blake

Darlene Karen Blake, 61, of Church Lane, Princeton, WV died Monday, September 10, 2018 at her residence. Born March 7, 1957 in Giles County, VA, she was the daughter of the late Lorenza Rayfield and Sadie Hoston Saunders. A loving daughter, mother, grandmother and sister, she was a lifelong resident of Princeton. Darlene was a homemaker and was a faithful member of Calvary Hill Church in Bluefield, VA. Surviving are her loving children, Alisha Blake and her husband Eugene Huff of Princeton; David Lee Blake, Jr of Huntington; One granddaughter, Jazlyn Huff; Three brothers, Brian Saunders and his wife Tia, Tony Saunders and his wife Teresa and James Cornell and his wife Soma; Two sisters, Tammy Kidd and her husband Ron of Beckley, and Connie Saunders of Bluefield, WV. Funeral services to celebrate the life of Darlene Karen Blake will be held Sunday, September 16, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. from Calvary Hill Church in Bluefield, VA with Pastor Levi Turner, Jr. officiating.  Burial will follow in Kelly’s Tank Community Cemetery.  Friends may visit with the family from 12:00 P.M. until the service hour at the church.
