Earnest C. Johnston

Earnest C. Johnston, 83, of Princeton, WV, passed away on January 8, 2025, at Bluefield Regional Medical Center. Born July 13, 1941, in Kellysville, he was the son of the late Charles and Carrie Johnston. Earnest graduated from Oakvale High School; He worked as a Certified Diesel Mechanic. He was an avid Ham Radio Operator “Mountain Boomer”. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family. He was a Jack of all Trades In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his children James Baker and Kristy Baker. Those left to cherish his memory, include his devoted wife, Bonnie Johnston, Children Michael Johnston, Cheryl and Tim Tillia, Ronald Johnston, Loretta Haywood, Tina Johnston and Connie White and husband Brian. The family has honored his request to be cremated and no service to be held.
