James Gelaspie Bailey, 84, of Christiansburg VA, died April 19, 2023, in Roanoke VA. He was born July 19, 1938, to the late A.H. and Nita Bailey, Those left to cherish his memory is his wife, Doris Hall Bailey. 3 Children Jamie and wife Catherin Tommy and wife Lesa and Joey and wife Stephanie. 8 Grandchildren, 3 Stepsons Timothy Long, Scott Long, Clark Vest. Funeral services to celebrate the life of James Bailey will be held Friday April 21, 2023, at 2:30 P.M. from the Chapel of Fredeking Funeral Service.  Burial will follow in the Thornton Family Cemetery.  Family will serve as pallbearers.
