Lexie Inez Comer, 88, of Christian Fork Road, Princeton, died peacefully, on Tuesday, February 2, 2021, at Princeton Community Hospital. She was born May 8, 1932, in Princeton, WV to the late Mason Hill and Louise Crawford Hill. Lexie was retired from the Maidenform where she worked as a seamstress. She was a faithful member of Faith Baptist Church while her health permitted. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Bennett Comer and a loving daughter, Karen Thomas. Left to cherish her memory are her loving and devoted son, Eddie Comer and wife his Linda; Loving sister, Ruby Canterbury; Loving brothers, Burton Hill and his wife Phyllis, Jim Hill and his wife Daphne; Five loving grandchildren; Eleven loving great-grandchildren; Two loving great-great-grandchildren; Her dearest and best friend, Emma Dean Harry. Funeral services to celebrate the life of Lexie Comer will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday February 6, 2021, from Faith Baptist Church, with Pastor Mark Smith officiating. Burial will follow in New Zion Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 A.M. until the service hour at the church.
