Mae Hicks

Mae Hicks, 87, of Cheesy Creek Road Princeton passed away peacefully January 11, 2022, at her home with her loving family by her side. She was born August 3, 1934, to the late William Robert Culbertson and Gracie Mae Culbertson, Mae loved her family and the lord. She always led family to prayer when they visited. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Clarence Hicks loving know as Toad. Siblings William, Gracie and Ruth.  Those left to cherish her memory are her children Anna Sue Hicks, Dora Jane Pruitt and husband Roosevelt, Rosa Ella Clemons and husband Willie, Clarence Hicks and Companion Terri, Betty Mae Clemons and companion Jimmy Reed, Linda Riley and husband Tim, John Hicks, Mark Hicks. 29 Grandchildren 48 Great Grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews also survive.  Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mae will be held Thursday January 13, 2022, at Noon from the Chapel of Fredeking Funeral Service, with Pastor Joey Rowe officiating.  Burial will follow in the family cemetery on Hatcher Road. Family will serve as pallbearers. Friends may visit with the family from 11 AM until the service hour at the funeral home.
