Margaret Carol (Comer) Guynn

Margaret Carol Comer Guynn 71 of Hillsville, VA passed away in Forsythe Medical Center Winston Salem, NC Saturday November 21, 2020 of congestive heart failure and other complications. Margaret was born at Princeton Memorial Hospital Princeton, WV December 23, 1948 to Claude and Mary Comer living at Kellysville, WV through her younger life, she attended and graduated in 1967 from Oakvale High School Oakvale, WV then moving to Hillsville, VA. She was preceded in death by her husband Ray Guynn and her parents Claude T. Comer and Mary E. Miller Comer of Princeton, WV. She is survived by three sons Donald Guynn presently living in Honduras, David Guynn of Galax, VA and Timothy Guynn of the home and a very special friend Christy Ousley, three grandchildren Dakota Guynn, Mitchell Guynn and Jacob Guynn, one brother Larry Comer of Oakvale, WV and one sister Karen Freise of Elkin, NC. She was longtime resident of Hillsville VA enjoying reading and studying her Bible to get a better understanding of God’s word and playing games on her I-Pad. She was a member of the United Methodist Church Hillsville, VA and a friend to all at the church. The family wishes to express their thanks to Bishop Randy Money Church of God Jonesville, NC, Fredeking Funeral Services, the members of New Zion Regular Baptist Church for the food and condolences to the friends and family and to all that assisted with the intermit of Margaret. May the Lord bless. Services to celebrate her life will be held from the chapel of Fredeking Funeral Service on Friday November 27, 2020 at 11 AM. Burial will follow in New Zion Cemetery.
