Marilyn Joan Cook Harry 86 of Princeton peacefully passed into the heavenly realm on Monday, April 21, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. Marilyn had been suffering from a lengthy illness and had recently been a resident of Lindside Healthcare and Nursing Facility. The healthcare workers as well as at Giles County Hospital are, we believe, angels here on earth and much loved by Marilyn and her family. He did on May 7, 1956 in Lyons, Kansas, so this young Navy man married a sweet girl from the heartland and were happily together for 42 years until her husband’s death in February 1999.Marilyn was a gifted, self-taught artist who loved sketching and painting nature’s beauty. She and Gib enjoyed traveling WV’s scenic backroads while listening to music and talking about their family. They were happy, content and forever in love.
