Nancy Owens

Nancy Owens, 92, of Princeton, formerly of the Cheesy Creek area, died Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at Princeton Community Hospital.  Born May 29, 1926, in Mercer County she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Lillie Mae Monk Hazelwood.  She was a faithful member of Full Gospel Assembly Church in Princeton.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Frank Owens; three sisters; and two brothers.  She is survived by one sister, Esteline Nelson of Princeton; and niece Hilda Archambault and husband Weldon of Cheesy Creek.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 25, 2019, at Fredeking Funeral Service Chapel in Oakvale with Rev. James “Jiggs” Coburn and Rev. Dana Hazelwood officiating.  Burial will follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery in Princeton.  Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. until the service hour Monday at the funeral home.
