Pauline (Polly) Elizabeth White, 75, of Princeton, went to be with our Heavenly Father on Monday, August 9, 2021. Born November 2, 1945, in Princeton, she was the daughter of the late James Alvin and Mamie Adline Blevins. Polly was a member of Maranatha Baptist Church of Princeton. She enjoyed spending time with her sisters crafting, quilting, and whatever they could get into. She deeply loved and enjoyed her family. She was a mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend. She will be sadly missed by many. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her only son James W. White, son-in-law Mikey Nelson, one granddaughter, Amethyst- Dawn Barton, five brothers: Junior, Douglas, Jack, John, and Cecil Blevins, as well as two sisters: Irene Gullion and Gerry Lyle. Those left to carry on her memory are her husband of 57 years, Richard A. White, her daughters: Patricia Nelson, Mary Thompson (Jeff), and Tayna Barton (Gary), and one daughter-in-love Sheri White, all of Princeton. She is also survived by her grand-children Cristene, Tiffany (Adam), Jamie (Crystal), Marissa, Zachary (Miranda), Santana (Matthew), Cameron, Skylar (Lucas), Jordana (Tyler), Jacob, Billy, Teresa, and Matt, as well as her great grand-children Julie, Lucas, Nicholas, Elijah, Bastian, Ike, Tucker, Paxton, Remi, and Lydia, and her sister, Mary Akers (Steven). She is also blessed with many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted at Fredeking Funeral Services in Oakvale on Friday, August 13th at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Gary Barton officiating. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. There will be a graveside service held at Elgood Cemetery at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 14th. Those attending the graveside are asked to be at the funeral home by 10:45 a.m. on Saturday. A dinner will be provided by the members of Maranatha Baptist Church following the graveside service.
