Ricky G. Miller

Ricky G. Miller, 66, of Cheesy Creek Road, Elgood, left this world to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, May 19, 2025 at his home. Born August 13, 1958 in Princeton he was the son of the late Arthur Emmons Miller, Jr. and Mary Ruth Edwards Miller. Ricky was known for always helping anyone that needed a hand, he and his family maintained several cemeteries in the Oakvale community including having hand dug hundreds of graves for countless families. Ricky was a faithful member of the New Zion Regular Baptist Churchand he loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife Barbara Ann Miller, brother, Jeffrey Miller and his niece, Tammy Farmer. Left to cherish his memory is his Two Children, Margaret Ann Miller Ferguson and husband Kevin, and Ricky Lee Miller. Two grandchildren, Alexander Lee Ferguson and Madison Grace Ferguson. Siblings, Henry Miller and wife Margie, Robert Miller, Ray Miller and wife Mary, Lisa Miller, Darlene Meadows, Kathy Farmer and Janet Miller. Twelve Nieces and Nephews and several Great Nieces and Nephews. Special Friend, Pat Pendleton. Funeral services to celebrate the life of Ricky Miller will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, May 22, 2025 at the New Zion Regular Baptist Church with Pastor Shawn Murnahan officiating.   Burial will follow in the Elgood Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
