Wayne Pernell Harvey was born in Richmond, Virginia, on October 19, 1969, to Rosa H. Branch. Wayne attended John F. Kennedy High School in Richmond, VA. He was a pure comedian, a lover of shows like Three Stooges and Mr. Bean. He had a laugh that could make you laugh. But you couldn’t dare tell him Big Foot was not real. Wayne loved his family and telling all the children his colorful stories…. Like him being in World War II, going to NASA, or even traveling through the desert on a camel with a monkey on the back. He transitioned on June 6. 2023 to continue making the Lord and his family in heaven laugh. He was preceded in death by his mother, Rosa H. Branch; grandparents Wilson & Mary Lucille Harvey; brother Michael Harvey. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Tiffany Harvey, son Wayne Holmes and daughters Amariana and Kimoni Harvey. Father Clyde Branch of Richmond, VA; two sisters, Diana Harvey of Richmond, VA; Joanne Harvey-Brown (Chapelle) of Midlothian, VA; nephews Andre Harvey of Richmond, VA; Immanuel Chambers of Midlothian, VA; three nieces Jessica Oliver (Curtis) of Henrico, VA; Ronni Hilliard of Midlothian, VA; Nakira Haskins of Richmond, VA; two great-nephews Dre’Shaun Harvey and Kingston Harvey; one great-niece Paris Harvey and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and other loving relatives and friends. Services to celebrate the life of Wayne Harvey will be held Saturday June 17, 2023 at Noon from Kellysville Church of God. Burial will follow in Kellys Tank Community Cemetery.
