Yvonne Carolyn Jones

Yvonne Carolyn Jones, 88, of Charlotte, NC departed April 11, 2022, where she lived with her family, Albert and Sabrina Jones.

Yvonne was born in Pearisburg, VA on August 27^th, 1933. She was the eldest daughter of the late Kenneth and Victoria Ford. Yvonne was proceeded in death by husband Albert L. Jones Sr. son Kenneth Ronnell Jones, brother Kenneth Charles Ford Jr., brother-in-law George Pearson, nephew Steven Ford, and nephew Edward Pearson and one niece Cynthia Burruss.

Those left to cherish her memories are son Albert (Sabrina) Jones Jr. Daughter Rebecca Denette Jones, 2 grandchildren Raymond D. Jones and Anndrea N. Jones, one great-grandson Rayshawn D. Jones. 2 sisters Elaine Lutz of Kellys Tank, WV, Evelyn Pearson of Pearisburg, VA, one brother Vincent Ford (Kathy) of Kellys Tank WV. Four nieces Sophia (Roger) Timberlake, Victoria Ford, Shuna (Leroy) Leach, Shirley Walton, and April Ford. 7 nephews Toma Ford (Trisha), Billy Lutz, Donald Jones Jr., Sammy Jones (Tina), Howard Cox (Edie), Dorian Cox (Marquinta) and Raymond Trigg (Ginger) and one sister-in-law Sandra Jones.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Yvonne Carolyn Jones will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday April 16, 2022, from the Chapel of Tabernacle Baptist Church in Bluefield, VA. Burial will follow in the Kelly’s Tank Community Cemetery.  Friends may visit with the family from 12:00 PM until the service hour at the church.
